01In the app
- Open Milann and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is closed straight away.
02By email
If you can’t open the app, email info@milann.app from your registered email address, or include your registered phone number, with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll confirm once it’s done.
03What we delete
Your profile, photos, selfie verification, matches and messages are deleted within 30 days. We keep only what the law requires, such as records needed for fraud prevention or legal requests, for as long as the law requires.
Milann is operated by Krygen Tech Private Limited, Kolkata.
